About your data.
This notice explains how this voice studio handles account details, scripts, and generated audio. The service operates at voicepy.com. The service owner handles account and activation requests through this studio. Email support and email notifications have not been configured yet.
What stays on your device
When signed in, choosing “Save draft” stores your script, title, selected voice, and delivery settings in your account database. Saving a draft without signing in stores it on your device instead. Browser drafts remain until you replace them or clear this site’s browser data. Avoid saving sensitive information on shared devices.
Audio previews
The homepage plays a bundled illustrative audio file. The studio preview uses your browser’s speech service. Depending on your browser and chosen voice, that service may process text on your device or through the browser vendor’s servers. Device previews are not production AI voice samples. Voice-library samples stream from the voice provider, which receives ordinary connection information when you play them.
Accounts, scripts, and voiceovers
New accounts sign up with Google. We receive your verified email, name, and Google account identifier and save them in the account database. Google handles its own sign-in page; we do not receive your Google password. A short-lived cookie and sign-in nonce protect the Google redirect. Existing email/password accounts store a one-way password hash. Signed-in sessions use secure cookies that page scripts cannot read, with hashed session tokens on the server. Necessary cookies also protect forms against forged requests. Generating a voiceover sends your script and selected voice settings to the connected voice provider. Your pronunciation dictionary, saved voice favorites, scripts, credit transactions, orders, drafts, and job history are stored in the account database. My audio includes reversible Trash; moving a recording there hides it from the library and disables its playback link until restored. Completed audio is copied to private server storage when job completion is checked. Audio playback links include an access token: anyone you share the full link with can access that audio. Signing out revokes your session; it does not delete stored records.
Voice cloning samples
Uploaded voice samples are stored outside the public website folder and linked to your account. Your saved clone voices and clone drafts are stored in the database. Generating cloned audio sends the selected sample, text, and delivery settings to the connected voice provider. Use a voice you own or have permission to reproduce. Removing a saved voice hides it from your library; you can restore it from Removed voices. It does not delete samples, existing drafts, or generated audio. Contact the operator to request deletion of stored account data.
Recordings, videos and editing
Uploaded audio and video used for Speech to text or Voice changer is linked to your account and stored outside the public website folder. Transcription sends the recording to the connected provider. Uploads can resume using an opaque upload reference on your device. Completed transcripts and subtitles are saved in your account. Audio-editor clip settings for account recordings are stored in the database; local imports and exported edits are processed in your browser. ZIP and merge downloads use the recordings you select.
Developer API keys
Your personal API key is stored encrypted in private server storage and linked to your account. API requests use your account credits and history. You can regenerate or revoke the key in Your profile. The API key is not stored in browser local storage.
Payments
Manual plan requests require owner approval after payment is received. When the owner enables live PayPal checkout, PayPal handles payment credentials and recurring payments. This studio stores subscription and transaction identifiers, amounts, receipts, and verified payment status; it does not store card details. Credits are issued only after verified payment. Sandbox payments never issue usable credits. Cancel automatic renewal in Plans & credits to stop future subscription charges.
Fonts and hosting
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and is delivered by its hosting provider. These providers receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser headers. This version does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Questions and deletion requests
Contact the service owner through the channel used to arrange your account. For device-only drafts, clear this site’s local browser storage. Account records and server backups are stored separately and require an operator deletion request. Password reset links can be generated by the owner and are single-use with a 15-minute expiry. Account email delivery is not enabled yet.
